The Egyptian food exports during the first 9 months of 2021 amounted to $3.136 billion, achieving a growth rate of 18% compared to the exports of the same period in 2020.

Exports to the Arab countries topped the list of markets importing Egyptian processed foods during the period from January to September of 2021 with a value of 1.686 billion dollars. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked first with exports worth 241 million dollars, Jordan 137 million dollars, and USA with a 166 million dollars. Besides, Libya drew up 146 million, Algeria 134 million, Yemen reached 111 million, Morocco 132 million & Palestine 92 million dollars in exports.
